Job Responsibilities
- Support the offer-to-end activities for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programmes. This includes preparation of benefit computations, offer letters, bond deeds, follow up of necessary documentations and clearance, administration of the programmes (including allowance, tuition fee & award pay-outs, invoices), and reporting
- Support the end-to-end activities for internship programmes. This includes recruitment (internship postings, screening & selection of candidates, offer & acceptance, onboarding), administration of the programme (including processing of timesheets and salary payout), and reporting
- Career fairs and networking events
- Regular review and improvement on workflow processes & procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Adaptable, resilient and meticulous
- Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
