Contract Biotechnologist
Location: Kranji, Singapore (near MRT with a 5-min shuttle bus)
Duration: Contract until 31st March 2025

A global Biologics Pharma MNC specializing in treatments for rare diseases, focuses on biologic drugs manufactured in living systems.
Role Overview:
As a Biotechnologist, you’ll be responsible for routine and critical manufacturing operations in cell culture and purification areas, with tasks performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial or clinical product production.
Salary:
- Degree: Approx. $3,200 (max. $4,500 with relevant experience)
- Nitec/Diploma: Starting from $2,200, depending on experience
- Rotating Shift Allowance: Additional $800 for those on rotating shifts
Shift Schedule:
3/2/2/3 rotating shifts (12-hour day/night shifts), from 7:30 AM/PM to 7:30 PM/AM
Responsibilities
80% Core Duties:
- Execute routine and critical production tasks, including equipment operation and process monitoring
- Follow and perform tasks according to SOPs and record data in Electronic Batch Management (EBM) and Master Batch Records (MBRs)
- Conduct laboratory tasks, such as sampling, pH, and conductivity measurements
- Practice aseptic techniques for product and material handling
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document production-related issues
- Assist in production documentation and propose revisions as necessary

- Carry out duties safely, report any safety issues, and ensure timely completion of required training
