Job Description:
The Kueh Maker will play a vital role in crafting traditional Nyonya kuehs and other related delicacies, ensuring high-quality standards and authenticity. This role involves both manual preparation and the use of advanced machinery, including the Rheon machine, to streamline production processes. The Kueh Maker will also participate in quality control, recipe adjustments, and assist in improving production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce various types of traditional Nyonya kuehs, including but not limited to ondeh ondeh, ang ku kueh, and kueh lapis.
- Maintain the authenticity and taste of kuehs in alignment with HarriAnns' heritage.
- Measure, mix, and cook ingredients with precision to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct visual and taste checks to ensure kuehs meet company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to experiment with new flavors or modernized versions of traditional kuehs.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

Working Hours:
- 9-10 hours work per day
- 6 days’ work week
