Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management


Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting and analytics for Client, including but not limited to maintenance activities, inspection and incidents, generate key performance indicators and metrics, budget performance and variance analysis
  • Developing, managing and tracking of admin and facilities management budget. This would include introducing cost control measures implementation (as identified) to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Effective vendor management to ensure seamless daily office operations and coordination works which may impact office operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans across the Southeast Asian region
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations in multiple countries, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Liaise with Building Management Office (BMO) on any initiatives, activities or rectification works
  • Ensure seamless office operations by overseeing all hard and soft services, as well as guest’s experiences at the Front of House
  • Ensure all queries are responded and rectified within an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.
  • Manage a team of facilities managers and coordinators across various locations
  • Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS compliance.
  • Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all managed facilities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for facilities management across the region.
  • Propose and implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Optimize facilities-related costs while maintaining high standards of service and safety
  • Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives across regional facilities
  • Coordinate and oversee major facilities projects, including renovations and relocations
  • Develop and manage emergency response and business continuity plans for all sites

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Engineering with at least 4 - 6 years of expereince in similar function
  • Team player
