Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure alignment with timelines and milestones.
  • Support planning and execution of events and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to produce reports and summaries.
  • Manage logistics and provide administrative support for meetings and events.
  • Maintain records, track communications, and handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Educational or professional background in life sciences, research, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics) or content management systems is a plus.
  • Experienced in budget management would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices and tech savvy.
