Job Responsiilities:
- To handle and maintain proper record & filing of all documents
- Assist with compiling monthly reports & other reports to Client
- To liaise between the administrative team and the engineering team
- To assist with site coordination
- Prepare work schedules for the engineering department
- To manage office equipment inventory
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE O-Level
- MS Office (including Powerpoint)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (need to communicate to Chinese workers, vendors & subcontractors)
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction industry.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
