ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Responsiilities:

  • To handle and maintain proper record & filing of all documents
  • Assist with compiling monthly reports & other reports to Client
  • To liaise between the administrative team and the engineering team
  • To assist with site coordination
  • Prepare work schedules for the engineering department
  • To manage office equipment inventory
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level
  • MS Office (including Powerpoint)
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (need to communicate to Chinese workers, vendors & subcontractors)
  • Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction industry.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance
  • Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need apply
