Key Responsibilities
- Setup and optimize applications and databases to meet project requirements.
- Analyze, review, and suggest software application improvements to support new services.
- Collaborate with software development teams, clients, and users to boost application performance.
- Administer applications, including user account management and configuration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Prepare detailed UAT reports and maintain configuration records.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, liaising with vendors as needed.
- Manage application migrations and rollouts for new releases.
- Monitor and document application performance metrics.
- Develop tools to assist L1/L2 teams in their investigations.
Technical Expertise:
- Solid understanding of CCTV/networked camera systems and IoT management applications.
Proficient in application design, analysis, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of Video Management products and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Golang, Node.js, JavaScript, Windows Server OS, CentOS, Ubuntu OS, and MongoDB.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
Relevant working experience in video and IoT management applications, software analysis, and design.
