Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead and oversee the design team, ensuring innovative and high-quality design concepts align with client needs and industry trends.
- Provide creative direction and approval for design proposals, maintaining excellence across all projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s presence in the commercial interior design sector.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to effectively position the business and its services.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery of all interior design projects.
- Work closely with project managers to address challenges and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing guidance and solutions to meet their design and functional goals.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the commercial interior design industry, including leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage high-profile projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
