Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Curriculum Development: Drive the implementation of Montessori and Waldorf-inspired methodologies, ensuring a balanced approach to experiential and hands-on learning.
Support the creation and evaluation of engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones.
- Parent Engagement: Act as a key liaison with parents to build trust and strong partnerships.
Organize workshops and seminars to align parents with the preschool’s philosophies.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the safety and well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
Manage budgets, resources, and enrollment targets effectively.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership is a must (ECDA-certified).
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in preschool leadership roles (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of Montessori or Waldorf teaching principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
