Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee and optimize service delivery, operations, and project management. The role demands a proactive and strategic mindset to enhance service standards, drive team performance, and maintain strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection operations, projects, and overall service delivery.
  • Implement effective service strategies and drive service improvements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead and manage teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Advocate for customer sales and services excellence.
  • Familiarize and comply with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (OSPAR).
  • Oversee system implementation, integration, and ongoing management.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline, or relevant operational experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of AR/AP processes is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and operational processes.

Additional Information:

  • Location: 1 Sims Lane, #03-05/06, Singapore 387355.
  • Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Variable Bonus.
  • Working Days/Hours:Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
