Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 emergency support, after-sales technical assistance, and maintenance services for distributors and customers.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, and on-site training as per project requirements.
- Prepare service reports, investigate product failures, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Handle warranty claims, assess damages, and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
- Develop and deliver training materials to enhance distributor and dealer troubleshooting capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, and customer service focus.
- Knowledge of power generation products, electrical and control systems; experience with John Deere ECU, KDI ECU, or synchronization systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with China and Taiwan customers.
