Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on product offerings and solutions, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements and tender specifications.
- Collaborate with consultants, integrators, contractors, and distributors to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Conduct project feasibility studies, suggest alternative solutions, and manage tender specifications and cost estimations.
- Lead discussions on influencing specification changes, particularly for installation design considerations for UPS systems.
- Develop project proposals, quotations, and technical compliance documents, working closely with the sales team to meet organizational sales targets.
- Build project pipelines by engaging target groups, conducting promotional activities, and presenting the benefits of our UPS to ensure specification in project tenders.
- Establish and implement promotional activity plans, support Sales and Marketing efforts, and provide regular reports on promotional activities and market intelligence.
- Identify and create new business opportunities, collaborating with vendors to offer complete and competitive solutions for business growth.
- Manage and deliver targeted customer training, conducting regular seminars with input from product marketing and segment managers.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of power products, including UPS systems, medium/low-voltage switchgear, low-voltage components, and voltage conditioners.
- Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints, with a solid understanding of electrical and electronic control systems.
- Experience with site installation works and requirements is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; proficient in English.
- Skilled in managing and prioritizing work effectively.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
