Responsibilities
- Negotiate effectively with sub-contractors to ensure favourable terms and alignment with project requirements.
- Review and manage tender specifications and related documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Actively participate in the preparation of tender submissions, including cost estimates and technical documentation.
- Handle quantity surveying tasks, including variation works, letters of award and purchase orders, payment claims and responses, and quantity take-offs.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related construction field is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with a proven track record.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Experience with tendering in the construction field is required.
- FLUENT IN MANDARIN & ENGLISH TO LIAISE WITH MANDARIN-SPEAKING ASSOCIATES.
