- Manage employee data and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes.
- Support compensation projects, reviews, and policy improvements.
- Process payroll, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior working experience in shipping industry will be an advantage.
