Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Air Freight Warehouse Supervisor to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Air Freight Warehouse Supervisor:
- Oversee daily operations of the Air Freight warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Implement controls for inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing warehouse space and processes.
- Use software and automation (e.g., FME, conveyor systems) to improve efficiency.
- Manage the inflow and outflow of shipments, ensuring inventory control best practices.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs for process improvement, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of MHE and compliance with security, safety, and health standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
- Comfortable with fast pace environment
