Job Scope:
- Plan, manage, and execute ACMV projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for project deliverables.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to the team.
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV or related M&E projects.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
