Job Scope:
- Ensure infants' safety and well-being, including feeding, diapering, and basic needs.
- Facilitate activities for physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Provide guidance on infant nutrition, sleep routines, and developmental milestones.
- Monitor development and behavior, identifying potential concerns or delays.
- Maintain open communication with parents and other professionals.
- Create a stimulating and nurturing environment for exploration and learning.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in early childhood development through professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- LON EY1/ EY2 Certification from ECDA
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
