Responsibilities:


Sales Administration / Support


  • Process customer purchase orders by completing Customer Order Processing (COP) forms and ensuring stock reservations are made.
  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for equipment, spare parts, and accessories needed for projects and ad-hoc orders, seeking approval as necessary.
  • Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers via email or phone to track shipment statuses.
  • Take responsibility for following up on the receivables and deliverables of ordered goods, and identify ordered equipment to prepare material take-off schedules.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics Departments to ensure timely packing and delivery of goods to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (via phone or email) regarding pricing, stock availability, or complaints (such as invoice disputes), and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken.
  • Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in preparing proposals and quotations for customers.
  • Support Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in gathering different variations for projects to facilitate price negotiations with customers.
  • Ensure proper organization and filing of documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales / Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s).


Marketing Communication


  • Assist Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in organizing and coordinating events, such as trade exhibitions, road shows, and product seminars.
  • Help Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) plan and organize internal events, such as dealer meetings.
  • Prepare and organize marketing materials and collateral.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of the company’s website content to ensure it is current.
  • Support Sales Manager(s) / Assistant Sales Manager(s) in coordinating with partners of trade magazines and media agencies.

Requirements:

  • With 5 years of Customer Support or Sales Support experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
  • Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
