Responsibilities
- Support customers' engineers in developing Dry Etch processes.
- Create or refine process formulations, determine equipment requirements, and review techniques used in manufacturing and evaluation.
- Collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to align process designs with technical requirements.
- Analyze test data to establish specifications and acceptable limits for materials and processes.
- Define and manage projects involving new concepts, automation technologies, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve process and integration challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dry Etch process development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
