Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with operation teams, consultants and sub-contractors on design issues
- Develop design concept, prepare design report, design and prepare shop drawings
- Conduct structure analysis
- Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications
- Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities
- Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings
- Prepare technical submissions for approval
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
[Must]
- 10 years of relevant design exp as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, preferably for MRT or LTA projects
- PE certified
- Proficiency in both MIDAS & Autocad
- Experience in LTA related construction or other gov't related projects (Airport, MRT, Coastal, etc.)
- Project management
[Advantage]
- Working experience in construction consulting firm
