Job Details:
- Position: AutoCAD Drafter / BIM Drafter
- Location: North / East / West
- Salary: $3k-$5k (Basic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Interpret and incorporate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafts.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawing archives.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of drafting standards and practices.
- Diploma or certification in drafting, design, architecture, or related field.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in drafting for structural/ M&E construction.
