Job Description
The Department of Southeast Asian Studies at the National University of Singapore seeks to fill a Visiting Fellow position in China-Southeast Asia Relations, beginning August 2025. The Department is particularly interested in recruiting a scholar who will enjoy the opportunity of working in an area studies department. The disciplinary focus is broad, as we are particularly interested in applicants whose research and teaching are multi- or inter-disciplinary. Priority will be given to applicants with a regional focus on Mainland Southeast Asia.
Candidates should have expertise in Southeast Asian languages relevant to their research.
Qualifications
- A PhD in relevant field with minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent pedagogical and communication skills
