Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback on customer orders' status
- Perform customers' orders processing and ensure on time delivery
- Work closely with operation teams and coordinate shipping activities
- Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- With 1 - 2 years of customer service & shipping or sales administrator experience
