Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for all the open job positions, using various sources (recruiting website, referrals, on-site, etc.)
- Screening, filtering, and shortlisting of candidates as well as managing interview schedules.
- Source and interview candidates, presenting qualified ones to hiring managers.
- Provide HR hiring advices to department heads to discuss on their hiring needs, market conditions, and align on expectations.
- Ensure all candidate credentials and information is up-to-date HR system.
- Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
- Ensure HR practices and candidate sourcing procedure are comply with local employment regulations and MOM rules.
- Involve in local/ regional HR projects when needed.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferbaly focus on technology roles.
- Candidate with immediate availaibility or with short notice will be an added advantage.
