Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the local company entity.
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculation of overtime, allowance, and salary computation.
- Keep track of employee attendance for record via HR system.
- Processing of staff claims and statutory claims.
- Liaise with external vendors to review payroll reports for overseas entities, to ensure accuracy.
- Handle work passes and permits application and renewal processes.
- Prepare and submit mandatory government reports to MOM.
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing for local and regional entities.
- Prior experience using Timesoft payroll system will be ideal.
- Candidate with immediate availaibility or with short notice will be an added advantage.
