Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve company target.
- Build and maintain good client relationship.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate container releases.
- Ensure timely payments by following up with customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- With 1 - 2 year of sales/ business develoment experience, preferably from freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Prior experience in air freight will be an added advantage.
