Responsibilities:
- Successfully managing the sales team is key to achieving growth and meeting sales targets.
- Develop a business plan that encompasses revenue and expense controls to manage organizational sales
- Develop and execute a business plan that enhances the company's customer base and ensures a solid presence.
- Responsible for recruiting, setting goals, coaching, and monitoring sales representatives' performance.
- Develop and manage the sales team in the market region to ensure the quality of transportation services
- Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and comprehending their needs
- Provide the management team with realistic budget/forecasts
- Identify new markets and market shifts with complete awareness of new products and their competitive status.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in hunter role in Freight Forwarding or 3PL Logistics Company
- Able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives
- Effective in leading, managing & motivating a sales team
