Job Responsibilities:
- Work with both R&D and Operation Managers to kick off improvement projects that aims at cost reduction, yield improvement, Human Resource Management (work along with HR), etc.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive process improvements across all production lines
- Develop Production standard procedure or Work Instructions and align these documents with quality management systems requirements
- Prepare and conduct training for Operation teams to ensure up-to-date compliances are practiced consistently
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new technologies and innovations to our manufacturing process
- Report monthly CI & other assigned KPI performance
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment
