Our client is a premium merchandise solutions provider focused on point-of-sale materials and equipment. They are specialize in customized OEM premiums , corporate gifts, procurement web portal, and point-of-sale merchandise for major multinational companies.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders; maintain sales systems; assist with customer service and correspondence (calls, emails, letters, etc.).
- Support the Procurement Team to get the best pricing and terms, and coordinate with internal and external teams to align on project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely delivery (including DDP/Sample) to customers, track orders from initiation to fulfilment.
- Support the design team, monitor artwork progress, and ensure correct processing of local and international orders.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of Sales Admin experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
