Our client provides advanced instruments and systems designed for high performance across various industries.
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high-quality service and support.
- Perform in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for gas and water quality analysers, CEMS, and AQMS, troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and offer technical solutions.
- Support the project team in conducting FAT and SAT and deliver product training to end users and distributors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Environmental Science Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the analytical instruments.
- Good knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude, along with excellent planning and time management skills.
