- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Responsible for the technical support for both presales and post sales.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of sales experience in artificial intelligence/physical security/CCTV or smart workspace solution.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Structure, Firewall, LAN and VLAN
