Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer with strong presence in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a FP&A Analyst to be part of their FP&A team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.
Responsibility FP&A Analyst:
- Support the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Build financial models to forecast performance under different scenarios.
- Track budget performance, analyze variances, and explain discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for management review.
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units.
- Help establish specialized FP&A business partnerships, including areas like Commercial Finance, Production Costing, and R&D Finance.
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in FP&A from manufacturing or similar setting
- Proficient in Financial Modelling
