Job Scope:
- Lead the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of chemical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Manage and oversee chemical engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members in solving complex engineering problems
- Use tools like Aspen HYSYS or other simulation software to model and analyze chemical processes for improvements and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines in all processes
- Lead or participate in R&D efforts to develop new products, processes, or technologies to improve operations and meet customer demands
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and R&D departments, to integrate solutions and improve operations
- Address and resolve process-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain quality control of chemical products, ensuring they meet the required standards
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and training to develop their technical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to reduce operational costs
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize chemical production and reduce waste
Requirements:
- Sales experience in General Industries. Related experience in M&E Industries and Semiconductor Industries is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, bids, and engineering requirements.
- Experience in M&E contract, documentation and having an established network of vendors, suppliers & contractors will be an advantage
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience and proven good records may be considered for higher positions.
- Independent, proactive, positive attitude, and Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a driving license, own car is preferred
