Opportunity Overview
A global financial institution with a strong presence across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join their evergrowing team! This bank offers diverse services including personal and corporate banking, wealth management, and trade finance.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Priority Sign Ups by targeting individual customers with potential and offering additional retail and priority products like unsecured cards and insurance.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including property agents and brokers, to increase referrals and engage clients through events, campaigns, and roadshows.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and conduct follow-up activities for target customer groups.
- Uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct, demonstrating exemplary behavior and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Group Code of Conduct, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest levels of ethics.
- Lead the team to achieve the Bank’s Conduct Principles and address risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively and effectively.
Requirements:
- Preferably with proven sales/acquisition experience in banking, B2B, or B2C sales, along with a strong sales track record.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer service, capable of engaging all levels professionally, and presenting effectively to key stakeholders.
