- Manage the day-to day operations of the family estate.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks which includes simple DIY activities like garden maintenance, replacement of faulty lighting, etc.
- Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of residence areas and surrounding landscape.
- Liaise with external vendors for advanced repairs relating to the estate and for owners’ vehicles (i.e. vehicle repairs and routine servicing) in the estate.
- Maintain owners’ vehicles (including washing of vehicles) and undertake chauffeuring duties as and when required.
- Undertake ad hoc duties relating to the estate operations as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work long hours. Official working hour 7.30am to 5pm, with additional pay for overtime. Central / 5-Day workweek.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays when required.
- Possesses a Class 3 driving license.
- The candidate should be a hands-on and diligent in manage the day-to-day operations of a family estate.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality on the family’s matters.
- Good time management and communication skills.
