RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering key project initiatives. Also be involved in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and compliance with regulations
Role Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the assigned scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and dependencies.
- Identify risks and create mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication.
- Create a stakeholder map.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless handover of completed deliverables to the operational teams.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (JIRA, confluence, gantt charts, etc), including task trackers, decisions, and lessons learned.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related studies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Delivery related role
- Proficiency skill in Agile delivery methodology, microsoft office tools
- Technical proficiency, problem solving/analysis and ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders
- Conflict management skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and written communication skills
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
- Experience working in banking and finance industry is required
