Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site acceptance tests, oversee commissioning processes, and assist with the start-up of Insulating Glass machinery.
- Interface with customers for after-sales service, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Address and resolve on-site maintenance issues by troubleshooting and offering technical support.
- Work collaboratively with customers to fulfill repair schedules effectively.
- Deliver training sessions to help customers optimize product performance.
- Provide feedback from the field to engineering and production teams for product improvements or new designs.
- Ensure compliance with validation processes, including product applications, controls, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must be very willing to travel as there are times the travelling can take up to 8 weeks.
- Physical ability to handle heavy machinery parts and tool kits (>30kg).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Prior working experience in a technical servicing role is a must.
- Hands-on experience in servicing and the ability to work independently at job sites.
- Willingness to travel for service assignments within the SEA region.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
