Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and time-management skills, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative and Office Support:Manage the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    Organize correspondence, emails, and documents, responding on behalf of the principal as required.
    Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  2. Personal Tasks:Handle personal errands, including shopping, reservations, and managing household needs.
    Assist with family or personal commitments, including event planning or travel arrangements.
  3. Travel Coordination:Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    Ensure all travel-related documents and arrangements are accurate and up to date.
  4. Event Management:Assist in planning and organizing professional and personal events.
    Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  5. Liaison and Communication:Act as a point of contact between the principal and internal/external parties.
    Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
  6. Task Prioritization and Execution:Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
    Maintain a task list and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
