Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and time-management skills, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Office Support:Manage the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Organize correspondence, emails, and documents, responding on behalf of the principal as required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Personal Tasks:Handle personal errands, including shopping, reservations, and managing household needs.
Assist with family or personal commitments, including event planning or travel arrangements.
- Travel Coordination:Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Ensure all travel-related documents and arrangements are accurate and up to date.
- Event Management:Assist in planning and organizing professional and personal events.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Liaison and Communication:Act as a point of contact between the principal and internal/external parties.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
- Task Prioritization and Execution:Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
Maintain a task list and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
