Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, manage schedules, and contribute to the efficiency of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling and Coordination:Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, or training sessions.
- Office Management:Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and functional.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Data Management:Input and maintain accurate records in company databases.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Team Collaboration:Act as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external partners.
Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
