Responsibilities
- Design and deliver IT infrastructure solutions, encompassing storage, server systems, network architecture, and disaster recovery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop opportunities for IT solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance to enterprise and government clients.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, including Bill-of-Materials (BoM), pricing strategies, and solution roadmaps, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations for customers and partners to showcase solution benefits and capabilities.
- Manage the pre-sales phase, including responding to tenders, clarifying client queries, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver integrated IT solutions and expand solution offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to refine and adapt strategies for maximum market relevance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting for IT infrastructure, specifically in storage, backup, disaster recovery, or network architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including storage systems, cloud solutions, and networking.
- Proven ability to prepare technical proposals, configure BoMs, and develop pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with industry trends in IT, cloud technologies, and partner solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
- Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs
