Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitoring Specialist to join our team. This role involves monitoring activities, reviewing flagged transactions, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform monitoring activities using provided tools and review flagged transactions.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed and submitted in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and within agreed timelines or SLAs.
  • Maintain proper documentation, notifications, escalations, and tracking of interactions with clients.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Minimum education qualification: N-levels, subject to relevant working experience.
  • Fast learner and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 4 days a week.

Additional Information:

  • This is a 100% onsite role.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
