- Responsible for in-house system development, testing, and deployment to support business operations and meet customer requirements.
- Adhere to SDLC guidelines, coding standards, and frameworks (Java/Python/SQL scripting), ensuring proper version control and writing efficient, reliable code.
- Assist in enhancing system performance, quality, and responsiveness, with a focus on manufacturing systems like shopfloor control, warehouse management, and supply chain systems.
- Work closely with the solutioning and SA teams to develop new functions based on functional specifications, conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.
- Assess project requirements, provide accurate estimates, and keep the IT project team updated on timelines.
- Continuously improve coding skills under guidance and contribute to building a strong development team to support internal operations.
- Maintain IT manifest repositories and manage source code check-ins.
- Conduct basic system analysis and propose feasible solutions as needed.
