They have an international presence worldwide and are looking out for Maintenance Engineers to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours (Occasionally require standby after office hours)
Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective maintenance works for Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers and Integrated Security Systems.
- Ensure that deployed system functionalities are in working condition.
- Provide onsite support for integrated security systems
- Perform routine maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
- Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
- Monitor spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system.
- Monitor the end-of-life or end-of-service for equipment installed.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
- Support contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list).
- Assist A&A work / Variation Order work for sites during maintenance cycle
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years working experience in maintenance for security systems and servers
- Min. NITEC in Building Maintenance / Engineering fields
- Proficient in troubleshooting for CCTV, Door Access and Alarm systems
- Have performed 24/7 standby work before
