Job Description
Join our team and help customers express themselves through stunning, modern jewellery. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable in-store shopping experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Assist customers with styling and recommend our latest jewellery collections.
- Manage inventory, restock items, and maintain store readiness.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Process online order collections and provide after-sales services as needed.
- Lead, guide, and train team members for success.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Presentable, with a professional appearance (please attach a recent photo).
- Minimum ITE qualification (NITEC).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with the ability to take the lead when necessary.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays as per the roster.
Additional Information
- Location: To be discussed during the interview.
- Working Hours:AM Shift: 10:30am - 7:30pm / 8:30pm, or 9:30am - 6:30pm / 7:30pm.
PM Shift: 11:15am / 12:15pm - 9:15pm (store closes at 9pm), or 11:45am / 12:45pm - 9:45pm (store closes at 9:30pm).
