Description

The L&D Program team is seeking a process-oriented individual who will play a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and delivery of programs aimed at fostering a culture of connection and learning within our organization. This role is responsible for operationalizing the strategy across the organization, acting as the voice of the business, keeping regional partners informed, and closely collaborating with the wider team to serve as the conduit to the business in the region. As an Operations & Culture Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities within Apple for growth, both in-role as well as developing into new roles. You will implement strategies to help individuals explore various career paths, and connect with leaders and subject matter experts who can help in their growth journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of rotations and/or permanent employees focused on the delivery of internally facing programs, projects and services for Reach Operations and Connections teams in the APAC region
  • Responsible for performance, development and coaching of direct team members
  • Partner with Reach functional teams to champion needs and ensuring regional voices are considered in the overall program strategy
  • Work in unison with other Operations Managers and Culture & Connections program managers, sharing best practices, and ensuring cross-region alignment
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement program initiatives focused on building communities and connections for career development
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of a Communities of Practice model, focusing on long-term goals, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring high-quality facilitation and participant engagement
  • Contribute to requirements for tools and systems to support professional connections and networking

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience leading in a large-scale organization, training, or learning environment
  • 5+ years of experience in people management
  • Experience operationalizing strategies and collaborating cross-functionally
  • 6+ months experience in Reach, a similar organization focused on employee learning and development, or as a participant in Reach development programs
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Able to work flexible hours to accommodate global collaboration
  • Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and embraces their responsibility to build, develop and retain diverse teams
  • Makes space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences
  • Confronts barriers to greater inclusion with tenacity, care and commitment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building communities to drive organizational connection and collaboration
  • Demonstrated strategic agility, with the ability to translate strategy into actions and pivot where necessary
  • Proven capabilities in networking, building strong relationships and influencing key partners, peers, and leadership at all levels
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Competency in collaborating with technical teams to articulate and define requirements, aligning with program objectives
  • Motivated teammate with the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
  • Experience in setting and supporting global strategies and implementation plans that align with program strategies, adjusting for regional nuances
  • Experience in facilitating readouts to business partners and leadership
