Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to oversee the operations of our F&B outlets. This role is essential in maintaining high service standards, creating memorable customer experiences, and driving the team’s performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and operate assigned F&B outlets to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Set up outlets for service and supervise daily operations.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Employ selling techniques to exceed customer expectations and boost revenue.
- Oversee cash and stock control in line with company policies.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Innovate in creating and presenting cocktails and beverages.
- Understand beverage control and pair food with drinks effectively.
- Train and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Less than 2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Strong guest-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to quality service with solid food and beverage knowledge.

- Salary: Up to $2,400 basic with AWS (no variable bonus).
- Working Days: Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks (44 hours per week).
