COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC. 2-year contract (with possibility for contract renewal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update database in Asset Management System and Excel.
- Organize and manage data for easy retrieval and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop dashboards in Power BI to enhance asset management.
- Compile and attach reports from various sources.
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.
- Handle correspondence and communication related to technical tasks.
- Diploma related to IT / Engineering is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Basic knowledge of report generation and document management.
- Experience with data management and analytics is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
- Power BI advanced user certification and experience handling "big data" is an advantage.
