Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in managing internal and external projects for the game development team, and support organizing and executing the entire process from requirements gathering, planning, production, to launch.
- Coordinate and organize the work of various development teams, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Assist the project manager in advancing and optimizing internal collaboration processes within the team.
- Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination to ensure effective collaboration within the project team.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of product management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, meticulous, and capable of self-motivation, teamwork, accountability, and proactivity.
- Possession of a PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages due to the need to communicate with stakeholders
