Internship Allowance: $1,200

Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Friday).


Skills Badge & Course Accreditation Support

Overview

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team in the Skills Badge and Course Accreditation processes. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining practical experience in learning & development and data analysis.


Responsibilities

Skills Badge & Course Accreditation Support

  • Assist in reviewing and processing course accreditation applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support the development and maintenance of Skills Badge resources and documentation
  • Track and analyse Skills Badge and Course Accreditation data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Learning & Development Support

  • Collaborate with the team to convert existing playbooks into engaging learning modules for the Learn platform
  • Assist in the development of new learning content and resources as needed

Research & Data Analysis

  • Support the Skills Development team with research for future Jobs Skills Insights, gathering and analysing relevant data
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarising research findings

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or a related field)
  • Some exposure to HR knowledge and practices is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Data Analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn
