Summary:
- Event Operation / Production Manager
- Premium lifestyle events and exhibitions experience
- Basic up to $6000
- Yearly AWS
- Project incentives + profit sharing
- Location: Henderson Rd
- 5 days work week @ 10.00 - 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee event and exhibition production timelines, ensuring quality deliverables
- Manage logistics, negotiate costs, and ensure high-quality output from external vendors
- Handle pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event processes
- Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth internal communication
- Oversee fabrication, setup, and dismantling phases of events and exhibitions
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and event days
- Coordinate risk assessments, safety regulations, and documentation
- Other relevant duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Min 3 year of experience in production and operations management for big scales events
- Possess construction, electrical and other technical knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical production plans
